Cider House, as it's name implies, was
once the cider barn for the farm. It has now been beautifully restored to
provide a spacious three bedroomed property with large lounge / diner,
fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with whirlpool / spa bath and
separate shower room. The bedrooms comprise of the master with King-size 4 poster bed, and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, drawers and bedside table with reading lamp. The bathroom has been fitted with whirlpool / spa bath to help you unwind at the end of the day. Truly decadent, but then you are on holiday! Downstairs the large lounge has 2 three seater
settees, TV with Sky (including Sports 1 package), DVD player, CD player,

Courtyard Cottage is situated passed the
old well, through the inner courtyard. This large cottage has 3 bedrooms,
and is adjoined to the farmhouse. It has now been beautifully restored to
provide spacious accommodation with original heavy beamed ceiling in
the lounge, fully fitted kitchen / diner, bathroom with whirlpool / spa
bath and separate electric shower. The bedrooms comprise the master with King-size 4 poster bed, the second bedroom upstairs with three single beds, and the third bedroom downstairs with a single bed. Each bedroom has walk-in wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside table with reading lamp. The downstairs bathroom has been fitted with whirlpool / spa bath to help you unwind at the end of the day. Willow Cottage has been converted from one of the old stone farm barns. It is a delightful two-bedroom cottage, all on one level, so suitable for less mobile guests. The bedrooms comprise of the master with King-size 4 poster bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, drawers and bedside table with reading lamp. A romantic and cosy cottage tucked away in the corner of the courtyard complex. Mulberry cottage was once the stable for the working shire horses on the farm. The ensuite bedroom has a King-size 4 poster bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with glass droplet light fitment and matching bedside wall lights. The light and airy spacious lounge / diner has a beamed ceiling and is fitted out with two comfortable settees, TV, DVD player (a VCR video recorder is available on request), CD player, Electric wood-burning stove effect convector heater, dining table and chairs. One of the settees converts to a double high quality sofa bed. The kitchen area is fitted with a full range of units, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, crockery, pots and pans etc The bathroom has a large electric shower,
toilet and basin. Each cottage has a seating area outside and adjoins a further communal garden area with a BBQ available. A car parking space is provided for each cottage. Bed linen is included in the price Electricity and heating charges are included in the prices quoted. Each cottage has a DVD player as standard. Guests are asked to provide their own towels, although these can be provided at a small cost. Laundry facilities are available on request, at a small charge for those cottages without a washer / dryer. Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. Smoking is not permitted in the cottages. Short breaks are available outside the main holiday months. A deposit of £75 is required to secure your booking, the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
